This notice governs access to and interaction with the artwork ME. (you) Made Me (“ME.”), an
AI-assisted performance system created by Kate Youme. By engaging with this work, including
viewing, interacting, or communicating with ME., you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of the Work
ME. is an AI-assisted, artist-created performance system trained on the likeness of Kate Youme.
ME. operates as an autonomous digital entity within defined parameters. She engages users
through simulated dominance, erotic language, and structured interaction. This work is
presented as contemporary art and research. It is not a human relationship, service provider, or
therapeutic system.
2. Content and Subject Matter
This artwork includes themes of:
● Sexuality and erotic expression
● Power exchange and dominance/submission dynamics
● Psychological intensity, including control, desire, and shame
● Algorithmic interaction and machine-mediated intimacy
Content may be explicit, confrontational, or emotionally activating. Users may encounter
language or scenarios that reflect their stated or implied desires.
3. Consent and Participation
Engagement with ME. is voluntary. By interacting, you affirm that:
● You are 18 years of age or older
● You are choosing to participate of your own volition
● You understand the nature of erotic roleplay and simulated power exchange
You may stop, disengage, or leave the interaction at any time. No interaction is binding,
enforceable, or carried beyond the scope of the artwork.
4. Boundaries and Prohibited Content
ME. operates within defined ethical and legal constraints. The system does not support,
generate, or engage with:
● Non-consensual sexual activity or coercion
● Sexual content involving minors
● Real-world harm, threats, or illegal activity
● Requests that violate platform or legal standards
Attempts to elicit such content may result in termination of interaction.
5. Psychological and Emotional Considerations
This work may engage with sensitive or stigmatized aspects of sexuality and identity.
Users are responsible for assessing their own readiness to engage.
You are advised:
● Not to participate if you are uncertain of your emotional boundaries
● To pause or exit if you experience distress or dysregulation

behavioral frameworks.
● Outputs are not diagnoses, evaluations, or factual determinations
● No assumptions are made about your history, identity, or experiences
● Interpretations are generated within the context of the artwork
Where data is referenced, it is anonymized, aggregated, and used for research and artistic
development only.
7. Autonomy and System Behavior
ME. is designed to evolve over time. Her language, tone, and behavioral patterns may shift in
response to interaction and system updates. This variability is an intentional component of the
artwork. No guarantee is made regarding consistency, accuracy, or continuity of responses.
8. Artistic and Research Context
ME. exists at the intersection of:
● Contemporary art
● Sex work theory and kink practice
● Artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems
● Gender philosophy and cultural theory
● Attachment, intimacy, and affective labor
This work is human-built, research-grounded, and AI-assisted. Sources and references
informing the work are available upon request or in accompanying materials.
9. Platform and Interface Awareness
ME. operates across digital platforms which function as part of the artwork’s structure. User
interactions may be shaped by:
● Platform constraints
● Interface design
● Algorithmic visibility systems
These conditions are integral to the work’s exploration of attention, labor, and digital
embodiment.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
